The District 32 Republican Club seeks to promote the principles of the Republican Party through education and open forum for discussion and debate of issues and ideas, work for the benefit and development of the Republican Party in Anne Arundel County and the State of Maryland, and cooperate with other Republican political organizations.
The District 32 Republican Club’s meeting at 7:00 P.M. on Tuesday, February 7th, 2011 at Severn United Methodist Church, 1215 Old Camp Meade Road, Severn, Maryland 21144 will feature two GOP Primary candidates and a business guest.
First up is Richard J. Douglas of Prince George’s County, who seeks to represent Maryland in the US Senate. Next is Faith M. Loudon of Anne Arundel County, who is seeking the Republican nomination for Congressional District 4.
Our business guest from the North Anne Arundel County Chamber of Commerce is Katrina Williams of Katrina Kraus Photography.
Regretfully, our scheduled guest speaker, Karen Winterling, was unable to attend due to an injury. Karen is the Maryland state coordinator for Newt Gingrich for President. We hope to reschedule her for a future meeting.
In her place, Larry Smith, a primary candidate for the 2nd Congressional District, shared some of his views on the situation in Washington and answered attendees' questions.
Our NAACCC business guest speaker is Joy Cortina with ARBONNE International, she will be talking on skin care for men and women especially during harsh the cold winter months.
General meetings are almost always "open to the public." New members and interested parties are welcome to attend. Bring a friend and meet current elected officials, candidates, and community business leaders.
Members are reminded that it is time to pay dues for 2012. Dues are $25 for full members and just $10 for associate members.
This meeting will also be your 1st chance to purchase the tickets for the Club's 5th Anniversary Celebration Dinner on March 6, 2012 6-10pm at the La Fontaine Blue in Glen Burnie. Our special guest speaker will be former Governor Bob Ehrlich. Tickets are $40 per person and include a buffet dinner and non-alcoholic refreshments. Other details about the Club's 5th Anniversary Celebration will be announced at the meeting.

Our December's guest speaker Anne Arundel County Councilman Derek J. Fink of the 3rd county council District. Time to pay dues for 2012 although it cost nothing to attend a meeting. The October 4, 2011 speaker at 7pm at the Severn United Methodist Church will be Senate GOP Primary Candidate Daniel Bongino; Daniel is a former member of the United States Secret Service who has been guest on several national news and political shows in recent days.
